About

I grew up in rural Rwanda without a father. Through the generosity of others, the opportunities I received, and the challenges I encountered, I came to recognize a calling to serve others.
I am a professor of chemistry and work in education and support for vulnerable children. In my writing, I hope to share the lessons of faith, purpose, humility, and the gift of carrying God’s love forward.
The Land That Shaped My Story
I come from Rwanda, a small nation with a remarkable story of resilience, courage, and renewal.
Our history carries deep wounds, particularly the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. Yet Rwanda refused to allow its darkest chapter to define its future. Through extraordinary sacrifice, determination, and a commitment to rebuilding, our nation has demonstrated that even after unimaginable devastation, hope can rise again.
I am profoundly grateful to my country, its leadership, and the countless Rwandans whose sacrifices and determination have helped create opportunities for generations like mine to dream, serve, and contribute.
Rwanda taught me that our beginnings do not have to determine our endings. It taught me that rebuilding is possible, that dignity can be restored, and that the future is something we must help shape.
These convictions are woven throughout my life and this book. They are also why I believe so deeply that Every Life is God's Master Piece, Waiting to be Revealed.
A Word of Gratitude
Whatever good has come from my journey belongs to God and to the many people He has placed along my path. I am especially grateful to my wife, Beatrice, and our daughter, Joelle, whose love, patience, prayers, and encouragement have sustained me through every season. My teachers, mentors, friends, churches, and supporters have each helped reveal something I could never have discovered or accomplished alone.
This story may carry my name, but it was never written by one person alone. I remain deeply grateful to everyone who has helped turn opportunities received into opportunities shared.
